Clarisonic-A Revolutionary Way to Wash Your Face
ClarisonicOkay. Every night and morning you might wash your face with your new supposedly "miracle" face wash, but have you ever wanted to take a step further but save time? It probably seems impossible to make that possible. Yet, the creators of the Clarisonic skin cleansing system did. I personally use it, so I know that this is no joke like the wave. It really makes your skin clearer, fresher, and can take away an annoying zit overnight. Also, it takes off makeup 6 times better than manual washing. Something that I personally figured out with this incredible product is that if you use it right before you put on makeup, your makeup comes on more cleaner and will stay on longer. Clarisonic has a variety of different brush types for different levels of sensitive skin. They also have their own face washes. Although pretty expensive, the clarisonic is no waste of money and you will be extremely happy with it.
Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish Collection
Deborah Lippmann started off as a normal, yet very good, manicurist. She was discovered by Celebrity and runway makeup artist Bobbi Brown. Now, she has a close bond with Mariah Carey, and does celebrity nails ranging from Sarah Jessica Parker to Cher. She has a new and amazing nail polish collection with about forty different shades. The clever thing about this is that they are all named after songs! My personal favorite color in her line is Happy Birthday. This is a nail polish color that although takes plenty of coats to fully put on, makes your nails look they were just dipped in a high end glitter bucket. Her colors range from a glamourous old hollywood glam red to a fun edgy pink that will work on any occasion. Another good quality about her nail polish is that it doesn't leave streaks like other lines. I highly recommend this line and you will probably be seeing it commonly in magazines like Vougue and Allure. This is money well spent and will last awhile on your nails.
An Outfit for Every Day of the Week
Monday: Today, wear something comfortable yet stylish. I suggest a a pair of boyfriend jeans, and tight tee-shirt so you don't look sloppy. Wear your hair down with a little wave. On your feet, wear a pair of moccasins. Your makeup should be natural with a shimmery eyeshadow on your eyes and a nice glossy lip gloss.
Tuesday: Today, wear a tight black knee length skirt. A silk white blouse, and a nice black sweater to throw over it when cold. Wear low heals on your feet. If it's cold out, wear black stockings and black boots of any length. I suggest to wear your hair down and straight. Your makeup should be natural with a little bit of blush and bronzer on your cheekbones. Also, a nice neutral lip stick would also be nice. If you want to play up this look, add a smoky eye and change your lipstick to an orangish lip gloss.
Wednesday: Wear a nice big cashmere sweater and leggings. You should wear uggs or low boots with it. Make sure to wear your hair down with a little curl so your face looks proportional with your body because of the sweater's bagginess. Makeup, if any on, should be very very light with a bit of foundation.
Thursday: Wear a pair of jeans, gray tank top, with a plaid shirt over it. On your feet you can wear any sort of boot, and I suggest that your hair be in a high pony or down and straight. Makeup should be focused around the eyes with a soft brown eye-liner and soft eyeshadow.
Friday: Wear a black tight shirt and black jeans. Throw a a bunch of long necklaces over the shirt so your outfit doesn't look so dark. Also, wear a white tank top under your black shirt if needed. You should wear boots or uggs with your look. Hair should be down because up would make you have the impression of a staff member. Makeup should be very light with a tad more bronzer than usually.
Saturday: Wear black leather leggings, Knee length black boots, and a sparkly white tank top with a black tank underneath. Makeup should be more than the workweek, but don't over do it. Focus around a subtle smoky eye. Hair should be wavy/ all out curly. Whatever you would rather do. On your feet, you should wear an ankle boot high heel in black or cheetah.
Sunday: Wear a pair of grey sweatpants with a white tank top. Don't do your makeup or hair so it can breathe for a day. Wear uggs on your feet or just plain flip flops.

Lady Gaga-How much is too much?
Lady Gaga has been the talk of every U.S household at one point in this past year. Either because of her unique singing voice, crazy concerts, platinum blond hair, well written and somewhat odd lyrics, or OUTRAGEOUS fashion style. But really, when has her fashion gone too far?
The first time we heard of Lady Gaga, it was at the beginning of the Rihanna Chris Brown downfall, where a poppy new voice (later known to be Lady Gaga) came onto the radio and became a hit. But the more hits Lady Gaga came out with, the more crazier and crazier her outfits became. First she ha the painted lightening bolt on her face, then came the massive hair pieces, which evolved into bubble outfits, which evolved into shoes on her shoulders and antlers. She even didn't give up her crazy clothing identity while meeting the queen! It has always been a highlight not just to hear her perform but to see what she was performing in. At the Grammys, she had a wide array of outfits ranging from rhinestones to arrows. However lately she has gone a little too far. Pearls GLUED to her face and decked out in white paint and a white outfit. Has she crossed the line of edgy to insanity?
Juicy Couture-BIRD
For those of you who think Juicy Couture is a line only for four year-olds who wear matching jumpsuits with a cute phrase on the back like, "Let them Eat Couture," think again. Juicy has a line that is older, more contemporary, and less "frilly." This line's name is Bird. A reason why this line is so unique from other juicy lines is that i don't think I saw one ounce of pink in it and someone from the age of thirteen till forty can wear this without looking too old or immature. It is pretty perfect. The one thing that is not the greatest about the line is that some of the clothing items are very impractical and won't work on a wide range of figures.
Dylan's Candy Bar
Dylan's Candy Bar is the dream of a person with a sweet tooth. Even if you don't have a sweet tooth, the second you walk into that store you will. It was created by Dylan Lauren, the daughter of superstar designer, Ralph Lauren. I guess the creative gene is still in the family. The store is located on Third Ave., New York, NY and is across from Bloomingdales. It is like a magical land where people of all ages become four year olds once again, not knowing what to expect to see, in a world of chocolates and candy. They even have a chocolate spa line! If you live in New York or are visiting there soon, this is one place where you can't miss.
Ralph Lauren does United States Olympic Uniform
Ralph Lauren, an internationally known clothing designer, gets the honor to design the United States olympic uniform again. This year, he was basing his look off the 1923 Lake Placid Olympics. The uniform consists of white pants, a blue jacket with the ralph lauren polo logo on the left side, and the Olympic logo on the right side. The jacket also has red lines down the arms, pocket zippers, and collar. The laid back outfit also had a knit cap to add a homely feeling to the look. Along the pants, the year is listed in the same dark color of the boots. The boots have red laces to keep up the patriotism. If you want to show your Olympic spirit, you too can buy these items at Ralph Lauren's website.
Relief for Haiti Fashion Show on February 12.
The fashion world has opened their hearts to the calls of Haiti. Naomi Campbell, usually known as one of the high divas of fashion, organized a fashion show where designers and supermodels took part to raise money for Haiti. Designers and models who participated or attended included Chris Brown, Kelly Osbourne, Donna Karan, Estelle, and Helena Christensen who all walked the catwalk for the charity event, which will raise funds for CARE. The charity fashion show was styled by Rachel Zoe, who is a very famous stylist among the fashion industry. The show was hosted by the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, and Highly famous supermodel, Naomi Campbell. However, Naomi Campbell is no stranger to charity fashion shows for distressed places. The first show was in 2005 for Hurricane Katrina Victims and raised about $1 million! Many of the one of a kind outfits and accessories will be auctioned off on Net-a-porter.com starting March 15. At the fashion show, stars payed tribute to the recently deceased highly proclaimed fashion designer, Alexander Mcqueen.
If you want to donate and get something fashionable back in return. I recommend that you buy a very stylish tee shirt labeled "fashion for Haiti." You can buy it on Zappos and it cost thirty five dollars but all the money goes to Haiti. Stars seen wearing it include Victoria Beckham, Beyonce and many other celebs. You can buy the shirt in the following stores listed below.

An Outfit for Every Day of the Week
Monday: Because on Monday's you are generally tired and just getting into the swing of things again back at work/school so i recommend to wear an oversized button down shirt and bold black leggings. You should wear your hair down and if its not the best hair day for you throw it up into a messy high ponytail with a few pieces hanging out from it in the front. Because it is Monday and you'll generally be tired, i say flat boots of any dark color works well with this look. To wear this outfit more polished, wear a thick high wasted belt over the large buttoned down shirt. If you want to wear heels I recommend low pointy toes cheetah ones. Your make-up should be very neutral with a little bit of color in your eyeshadow to make your eyes pop.
Tuesday: For tuesday, wear a simple colored t shirt with long layered necklaces. Wear your hair down or else your outfit won't look proportional. Make your hair have a little bit of volume instead of stick straight. Wear dark colored blue jeans and a brown belt. Your feet should have flats or a boot. If it is a little colder out, wear a long thick scarf instead of the layered necklaces. For makeup, have very natural everything with very peachy, glossy lips.
Wednesday: Wear a white curve hugging skirt, turquoise tank top, and beige colored kitten heels. Again, I recommend hair down with a little bit in the front pulled back into a "Snooki" poof. If it is colder in the area that you live in, through a beige jacket over your outfit. For makeup, have very a very natural look with a little bit of bronzer than usual if you want to keep up the "Snooki" theme.
Thursday: Because you are so excited for Friday and finally used to the week, wear a pair of "tie dye"(a mix of white and light blue) jeans and a casual tee of your choice. Keep your hair stick straight with nothing in it because it will just take away from your jeans. For your feet, wear a pair of Uggs or if you want to dress it up a bit, wear a pair of silver medium to high length heels. Wear makeup with a little bit added teal eyeliner and a peachy lip stick.
Friday: It is finally Friday! Wear a black tight short skirt with a silky white shirt tucked into it but tucked in loosely. Throw on a Brightly colored necklace to play it up a bit. On your feet, you can wear any type of heel you want a long as it is not sky high or else it will degrade your outfit to trashy. Because your outfit is so chic, your makeup should be natural besides a little bit more makeup on your eyes.
Saturday: Party Night! Wear a red dress about three or four inches above your knee. It show your figure but not be too tight. Have beige high heels on but not sky high or else it won't end great. Your hair should be down and curled. Makeup should be natural with a little eye glitter so your eyes will sparkle when the lights hit them. But you don't want to overdo it. Eye glitter can be found in Mac stores.
Sunday: This is just a casual day. Wear a short cropped shirt with a tank below and and baggy(but not too baggy) sweatpants. Wear Uggs or sandals. Wear little to no makeup so your skin can take a breather. Take a shower and let your hair air dry so you let it have a rest too.
Clothing Store of the Month. Wild Fox
This is a fun and edgy line that are good for teenagers through late twenties. One way that I could describe its style is downtown chic. It is definitely not an outfit you would wear out to dinner, but great for everyday life. The price is a little high but well worth the buy because it is something that is made well and you will wear your outfit multiple times with always wearing it differently.
Designer of the month Victoria Beckham
http://www.victoriabeckham.com/
Her clothing is yet modern and chic. It will look good on many different shapes and sizes. Her website is also very well designed displaying many different varieties of her line. Although some outfits can definitely be a little "out there," what designer doesn't have outfits like those?
What's out like a lamb for March.
Red Lipstick- It is too overused. Just like a song that is popular. The first time you heard it you didn't like it, but then it grew on you the more times it was played, but now it is just an annoyance because it is on the radio like five times per hour!
Neon Nail Polish-It will not be a helpful accessory to add to your outfit this March. Because of all the bold colors and patterns coming out, it will take away from your outfit and just make it too hectic.
Buns and side ponies-It's time to be less "uptight" this coming Spring. Literally. It is time to let loose and your hair down will add an element of softness to your outfit.
Bold black eyeliner-No, it doesn't make you look good. It makes you look tired and is prone to smudge. If you still aren't ready to loose your love for bold eyeliner, go for a brown color because that will make you look a little bit warmer.
Rompers- Even though they were very popular this past year, rompers are at the time to say buh-bye to high fashion.
Crazy colored leggings-Although you always feel fun wearing them, they aren't the most flattering look to have this March. Try more of black, brown, grey, white, and even dark purple leggings. They will compliment you better.

What's in like a lion for March
Kitten heels-Usually women tend to go towards sky high "break your leg in" heels. But luckily the ER will see less fashion forward women checking in for twisted ankles because "kitten" heels are the latest in thing!
Cheetah Cheetah Cheetah!- In the very popular song Empire State of Mind by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, Alicia Keys belts out, "Concrete Jungle where dreams are made of, there's nothing you can't do, now you're in New York. And yes, New York City fashion world is now turning into a concrete jungle with cheetah very much in style. Cheetah shoes, cheetah dresses, cheetah purses, cheetah everything!
Lbd! (little BLUE dress)- Trade in your little black dress for a little BLUE one! It will add more color to your face and make you pp out more for this coming Spring!
Time to Gt out Your Volumizing Spray!- Time to show off your locks! Let your hair loose for March and have a little fun! Volume is everything! (but don't overdo it!)
Neutrals-Now neutrals from top to bottom isn't tacky, it is chic! But make sure to find a color that compliments your skin tone. example: If you have fair skin you should find a color two skin tones darker so it won't drain your face. This rule also works for getting colors for your nails. Neutral nail colors are very in also.
Denim-Levi Strauss would be proud if he saw that nowadays jeans have expanded far beyond your legs. Designers have evolved jeans into items such as purses, shirts, and even pumps!
The "No Makeup" Look- The key to glamourous makeup is not over doing it and making it noticeable this month, it is to make it look like you didn't put any on! How crazy yet classy is that!
Short Skirts-Just like Taylor Swift sings in You Belong With Me( She wears short skirts I wear T-shirts) short skirts are what every it girl is bound to be wearing in March. But be careful with this look! You don't want to end up looking trampy.
Aqua-This color will make any person of any skin tone, shape, and height pop and be the center of attention(in a good way.)
